Our rates are based on High and Low Season - Low Season is from June 1 to November 30; High Season is from December 1 to May 31.

Main House
Queen Room / Twin Room
Per Night: Low Season $150; High Season $170
These rooms are situated in the main house and feature queen or twin beds with shower in the en suite.

Garden Suites
Queen Room Plus Sofa Bed
Per Night: Low Season; $200 High Season $220
These semi-detached self-contained suites are nestled in between the trees overlooking the landscaped gardens. They feature polished concrete floors, walnut furnishings and each bathroom contains both shower and two person spa (available from January 2004)

The Lodge
King Room Plus Queen Room
Per Night: Low Season $270; High Season $295
A two bedroom lodge situated close to the main house overlooks the tranquil gardens. The bedrooms can be arranged as two king bedrooms or a king and a twin share.

Rates shown are on a per room per night basis and for a maximum of 2 persons. Extra person where applicable is $50.00 per night. Rates for the Main House and Lodge include a full breakfast. A breakfast basket can be pre-ordered for the Garden Suites when booking.

BOOKING CONDITIONS

CONFIRMATION POLICY
A credit card number is required to guarantee the reservation.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In order to secure your booking we require your credit card details. Your card will be charged with the amount equivalent to the first night of your stay should you cancel your reservation. Please note, upon quoting credit card details you are verbally agreeing to this cancellation policy.

RATES
All rates are per room per night (maximum two people) and include Gourmet Continental Breakfast served daily when booked into the main house.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT
Check In cannot be guaranteed prior to 2pm. Check Out time is strictly 10.00am unless prior arrangement has been made.
